This policy explains what GiftBridge collects, why we collect it, and how users can contact us about privacy or account requests.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, login provider, and account identifiers.
- Order information such as card type, country, face value, submitted card codes or notes, proof images, review feedback, and order status.
- Wallet and payout information such as balances, withdrawal amount, bank name, account holder, account number, payout proof, and audit notes.
- Support and feedback information such as messages, screenshots, reply email, support channel, and contact history.
- Technical information needed to operate the service, including session tokens, upload metadata, request logs, and security or risk records.
How We Use Information
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and keep sessions secure.
- To quote rates, review gift card sale orders, record decisions, and show order history.
- To maintain wallet ledgers, process withdrawal requests, and support manual payout review.
- To detect fraud, resolve disputes, respond to support requests, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
- To improve the product experience and communicate important service updates.
Sharing and Retention
GiftBridge does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, payment, communication, storage, and security providers only as needed to operate the service. We retain records for as long as needed for account service, transaction history, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and financial audit requirements.
Security
Production traffic should be served over HTTPS. Access to administrative tools is role controlled. Uploaded files, wallet records, and payout records should be protected by operational access controls and audit logs.
Your Choices
You can update profile information in the app, contact support about account data, and request account deletion from the account deletion page. Some transaction, payout, risk, and audit records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or financial obligations.
