Information We Collect

• Account information such as email address, display name, login provider, and account identifiers.
• Order information such as card type, country, face value, submitted card codes or notes, proof images, review feedback, and order status.
• Wallet and payout information such as balances, withdrawal amount, bank name, account holder, account number, payout proof, and audit notes.
• Support and feedback information such as messages, screenshots, reply email, support channel, and contact history.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, including session tokens, upload metadata, request logs, and security or risk records.

Website Download Measurement

When you click the APK download button on our homepage or download page, we record a random browser identifier, a unique click identifier, the page source and the click time. The browser identifier is kept in local storage to count unique browsers across visits. These records do not contain your account details, card information or IP address. Click counts do not indicate completed downloads or installations. Clearing site storage resets this identifier; if storage is unavailable, identification lasts only for the current page.

Meta Advertising Measurement

Our homepage, download page and web app use Meta Pixel to measure page visits. Our homepage and download page also report APK download button clicks to Meta. These clicks do not confirm a completed download, installation or registration. Meta may receive page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers to measure advertising performance and associate visits with ads. We do not include gift card codes, proof images, account credentials or bank details in these explicit events. Browser privacy settings and tracking protection can limit this measurement. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for its handling of this information.

How We Use Information

• To create accounts, authenticate users, and keep sessions secure.
• To quote rates, review gift card sale orders, record decisions, and show order history.
• To maintain wallet ledgers, process withdrawal requests, and support manual payout review.
• To detect fraud, resolve disputes, respond to support requests, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
• To improve the product experience and communicate important service updates.

Sharing and Retention

GiftBridge does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, payment, communication, storage, and security providers only as needed to operate the service. We retain records for as long as needed for account service, transaction history, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and financial audit requirements.

Security

Production traffic should be served over HTTPS. Access to administrative tools is role controlled. Uploaded files, wallet records, and payout records should be protected by operational access controls and audit logs.

Your Choices

You can update profile information in the app, contact support about account data, and request account deletion from the account deletion page. Some transaction, payout, risk, and audit records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or financial obligations.
